What is Arjuna?
Arjuna is made from the grinding of the bark of a tree called Terminalia arjuna.
The active substance of Terminalia contains: tannins, cardenolide, triterpenoid saponins (arjunic acid, arjunolic acid, arjunglycosides), flavonoids (plant substances with antioxidant properties), oligomer proanthocyanidins (OPCs), phytosterols, calcium, magnesium, zinc and copper.
